Steve has helped my family and I with many purchases. He is very professional but at the same time creates a relationship of friendship. Steve is very thorough in his work and deeply cares for his clients to see the job is done at 150%. Steve recently sold our townhouse for us. He recommended a sales price that we should sell our place based on his knowledge of other sales in our neighborhood. He was very responsive to our phone calls and was always available when needed. Why would you have anyone else?

Steve is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely attentive to his clients and takes the time to understand exactly what they are looking for. Not only that, but when working with Steve to buy or sell a home, you know he will get you the best price possible. I have never met anyone who can match his ability to negotiate a deal. Having lived in multiple homes in different states and countries, I can say wholeheartedly that Steve is the best real estate agent I have worked with and he continues to be my friend to this day!
